Snow! Good job doing your snow dances. It’s working! As you know, Dec 16 is the official VAST opening day (pending snow). Well, the snow is off to a good start. We have several inches so far and counting. It looking likely that trails may really open this weekend. Before you grab the freshies, please check if the local trails are open. They will be green on VAST app and updates will be on club websites and Facebook pages. Once the trails are open, the Warming Hut will be stocked with hot cocoa. Please watch for hazards on the trails. We will keep you updated as best we can and will send groomer reports as the groomer finishes. Please be patient as we are volunteers with day jobs and plowing to do and need to dig out ourselves as well. Be safe. Keep thinking snow! See you in Croncher territory soon!
