Bridge Sponsorship Policy

 

Purpose: 

The purpose of the Bridge Sponsorship Policy is to create a system where a

member of the Ludlow Side Hill Cronchers Snowmobile Club can make a donation to the club and gain recognition for that donation by the installation of a sign on a snowmobile club bridge

.

Procedure:

Members who wish to donate the minimum amount as designated by this policy, and receive recognition of the donation by way of a sign on one of the  snowmobile club bridges may start the process by contacting the President of the club or emailing  ludlowshc@gmail.com.

Payment:

The minimum donation for becoming a bridge sponsor is $500.00 for the first year. Subsequent years of sponsorship for a bridge are $250.00 per year.

Related:

The snowmobile club is responsible for purchasing the signs for the bridge and designating which bridge they will go on. A request for sponsorship of a specific bridge will be considered. Also, the sign can reflect a sponsorship, dedication, in memory of or other such credits, however the content must be approved by the club.
